What we collect

When you submit an entry or waitlist form we collect the details you provide: name, work contact details, company information, squad details and any notes. We do not collect payment card details — payment is by invoice.

How we use it

We use this information to run our events and waitlists: reviewing entries, sending invoices, organising fixtures and kits, and contacting you about the products you asked to hear about. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with third parties except where needed to run the event (for example, shirt printing) or where the law requires.

Event media

Events are filmed and photographed for 9to5 Football content and marketing. The consent and opt-out process is described in the Terms & Conditions.

Keeping and removing your data

We keep entry and waitlist information only as long as needed for the purposes above. To access, correct or delete your information at any time, email egli@9to5football.com.
